Our Website and the content therein including our divorce forms and services (collectively referred to as our “Website”) is a quality self-help divorce solution, but is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. We are not a law firm. Our Website is not a substitute for the advice of a lawyer. We do not practice law and do not give legal advice. Our Website allows our users to represent themselves in completing their own uncontested divorce. If you need or desire legal representation, have a contested divorce, or have complex legal issues that cannot be resolved on your own, we recommend that you hire a lawyer.
Our Website including the materials and information found therein are provided for general informational use only. Users of our Website are responsible for accurately completing the online questionnaire, reviewing their divorce forms for accuracy, filing their own documents, and appearing in court as their own representative. Each county and court will have their own specific set of local rules. We encourage each of our users to check with your specific jurisdiction to determine what local rules may be in effect.
Our divorce forms are provided in Microsoft Word and PDF formats. As such, our forms are editable. We are not responsible for any edits which you may make to your documents and/or the implications of these edits.

- the husband is the biological father of one or more children who were born prior to the marriage;
